엷은 금빛이 잔 속에서 투명하게 반짝인다. 버번 호그스헤드에서 스물아홉 해를 보낸 이 캐머런브리지는 바닐라와 코코넛, 옅은 캐러멜의 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 크림 같은 단맛과 토피, 가벼운 오크가 매끄럽게 번진다. 57.8도의 도수가 둥근 질감 위로 또렷한 힘을 더한다. 바닐라와 버터스카치의 여운이 길게 이어지며 오랜 숙성이 빚어낸 부드러움을 전한다.

frankly, it’s good juice, it’s fruity, technically sound, it goes down extremely well, it’s got the right amount of liqueurness, a lot of melon syrup, in short it’s absolutely flawless. With water: flawless indeed, but a notch empty. Grains, however great, rather belong to blends in my book, but as a grain, it’s pretty perfect
