close to the ‘4200’ but with more coffee and praline. Extra-dimension. Puehr tea and lemon peel. With water: it’s the fruit that develops here, pears and apples, tangerines… Wet hay as well

restaurant Palate

again, close to the ‘4200’ but a little rounder. Toffee, vanilla fudge. Orange drops. Other than that it’s all peat, pepper and lemon. With water: quite some salt and liquorice again. Also farmier. Very good bottling, sliver medal at the MM Awards 2006
