Tasting Notes
스페이사이드 로시스 마을의 완만한 구릉 풍토 속에서 글렌 스페이가 빚어진다. 라프로익을 담았던 PX 호그스헤드에서 13년을 마무리한 이 싱글 캐스크는 잔에서 짙은 호박빛을 낸다. PX 셰리의 건포도 단맛에 아일라 피트의 옅은 연기가 더해져 향이 열린다. 57.3도의 도수에서 무화과와 흑설탕, 그을음이 입안을 진하게 감싼다. 여운은 셰리의 단맛과 은은한 피트가 어우러져 길게 남는다.

barley sweetness, tart apples, candied sliced pears (brilliant stuff), then a little grass, stalk, grape pips, peel… Creamy body. With water: more green pepper, lime skin, stalk, I couldn't not mention a tart white Sancerre once more. They say one cannot change his own nature
