Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌 스페이의 잘 익은 붉은 베리와 드문 방뉠 와인 캐스크에서 온 자두, 가벼운 향신료가 먼저 두드러진다. 54.6도의 도수가 팰럿에서 다크체리와 보리, 옅은 탄닌을 단단하게 밀어 올린다. 방뉠 특유의 새콤달콤한 풍미가 곡물감과 균형을 이루며 발전하고, 피니시에는 붉은 과일과 옅은 오크가 길게 이어진다. 보기 드문 와인 캐스크 숙성의 개성이 또렷하게 드러난다.
