Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 PX 셰리 마무리가 입힌 건포도와 대추야자, 흑설탕의 진한 단맛이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 좀처럼 보기 힘든 스페이사이드 글렌 스페이의 2007년 증류분으로, 셰리 호그스헤드 마무리가 짙은 과일 단맛을 더했다. 팰럿에서는 무화과와 캐러멜, 정향이 발전하고 60도의 높은 도수가 강한 구조를 받친다. 오크의 떫은맛이 단맛 뒤를 또렷하게 잡는다. 피니시는 진한 건과일과 향신료가 강하고 길게 이어진다.
