Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 글렌 스페이 1976의 30년 숙성이 빚어낸 산뜻한 시트러스와 마른 풀, 옅은 꿀이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 46도가 입천장을 부드럽게 채우며 노란 사과와 바닐라, 마지팬이 따라온다. 퍼스트 캐스크 보틀링을 삼키면 J&B 블렌드의 핵심 몰트 특유의 우아한 균형이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

air Nose
soft honeys, pollens, sunflower seeds, light hessian. Classic old Speyside juice really. Some hints of varnish, various waxes, wood polish and something like dusty fruits - if that’s a thing. These sharpen to more specific notes of melon, pineapple and orange peel with a little time. There’s also a leafy freshness about it, some camphor and damp earthy notes with a wee hint of pipe tobacco. Very lovely

sooty honey, milk bottle sweeties, lemon oil, porridge and beeswax. A hint of lime leaf and pot pourri as well

Medium length, leafy, menthol tobacco, juicy fruits, citrus rinds, soft waxes and a hint of wood spice
