잔을 받아 한 바퀴 돌리면 옅은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 가볍게 흐른다. 코끝에 가져가면 글렌 스페이 특유의 풀잎과 잘 익은 배, 바닐라의 향이 산뜻하게 올라온다. 2009년 증류해 10년을 보낸 이 위스키를 입에 머금어 굴리면 57.2도가 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 오크를 또렷이 펼친다. 넘기고 나면 풀잎과 후추가 깔끔하게 식어간다.
