Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 오크니의 스카파가 밝은 황금빛을 잔 벽에 흘린다. 코끝을 가져가면 피트를 쓰지 않은 섬 위스키답게 진한 꿀과 바닐라, 옅은 바다 소금기가 부드럽게 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 아메리칸 오크가 더한 크림 같은 질감 위로 잘 익은 배와 열대 과일이 번진다. 천천히 삼키면 21년이 빚은 둥근 단맛과 짭조름한 기운이 혀끝에 또렷이 남는다.

grippy spices and a nice menthol note on arrival. Eucalyptus, lemon verbena, bergamot and dried exotic fruits in muesli. With water: herbal, honeyed and waxier. Still quite spicy but the overall weight, texture and dried fruity vibes are lovely

good length, on coconut, herbal teas, heather honey and peppery spice again
