Tasting Notes
옅은 황금빛이 잔에 맑게 어린다. 오크니 섬의 스카파가 2003년에 채워 퍼스트필 배럴에서 열두 해를 보낸 증류소 한정 보틀링이다. 꿀과 바닐라, 잘 익은 배의 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 그 뒤로 크림과 옅은 소금기가 따라온다. 58.5도의 힘 위로 보리 단맛과 크림, 옅은 소금기가 매끄럽게 번진다. 둥글고 달큰한 끝맛이 잔잔하게 이어진다.

a lovely and highly refreshing profile, lots of wet beach pebbles, linens, chalk, white flowers and that familiar heather honey vibe. Impressively sharp, fresh, pure and natural. I also find some lovely firm cereal notes and wee touches of fennel and lime. With water: still a wonderful freshness about it, white flowers, white fruits, citrus zests, light fruit teas and crisp notes of green apple and gooseberry
restaurant Palate
a little sweeter up front, more on citrus curds, white flowers and pollens, sweeter cereal notes, olive oil, overripe yellow plums and lime cordial. With water: lemon infused olive oil, dried mango and pineapple chunks, soda bread and starched linens
