스페이 강 상류의 스페이사이드 증류소가 셰리 버트에서 21년을 보낸 보틀링이다. 셰리의 영향으로 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 깊게 어린다. 향에서는 건포도와 말린 무화과, 구운 견과의 향이 차례로 올라온다. 입에서는 55.1도의 힘이 흑설탕과 자두, 다크 초콜릿으로 입을 채운다. 여운은 셰리의 진한 단맛과 향신료가 따뜻하게 오래 남는다.

on the palate the spices speak first—green walnut, ginger, pepper... All in all, quite herbal and spicy, a little astringent, and no doubt in need of a splash of water to open up. With water: it does round off, bringing herbal liqueurs and lemon zest into play. The spices remain firmly in charge though
