a fat hotness, walnuts and struck matches, gunpowder, pinecones, smoked ham… With water: much gentler, with some manuka honey and dried figs, but wee touches of sulphur remain there, hiding in the dark

marmalade, tight citrusness, then bitterer piney stuff. Not too sure. With water: doesn't handle water extremely well. Chicken soup and dried dates
