Tasting Notes
셰리 벗에서 22년을 보낸 우드의 영향이 스페이사이드 증류소 원액 위에 진한 견과와 말린 과일의 결을 새겼다. 졸인 건포도와 호두, 가벼운 가죽의 향이 먼저 두텁게 피어오른다. 입에서는 다크 토피와 무화과, 은은한 향신료가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 55.1도의 힘이 단단히 받친다. 짙은 적갈색 너머로 셰리와 오크의 깊은 여운이 길게 이어진다.

a fat hotness, walnuts and struck matches, gunpowder, pinecones, smoked ham… With water: much gentler, with some manuka honey and dried figs, but wee touches of sulphur remain there, hiding in the dark

marmalade, tight citrusness, then bitterer piney stuff. Not too sure. With water: doesn't handle water extremely well. Chicken soup and dried dates
