Tasting Notes

air Nose
this one feels tighter, more chocolatey yet also more refined, with a noticeably richer Armagnac-soaked prune character. We’re preferring this so far. With water: it aligns with the previous in overall style, just with a slightly greener, more herbaceous touch
restaurant Palate
clearly our favourite, there’s more wattage, more verve, a lovely burst of pink pepper, oranges, toasted almonds… With water: no question, this one pulls ahead of Edition 7, more citrus-led with a good crackle of pepper and even a faint earthy rootiness coming through
timer Finish
long, lifted by zest and elegantly bitter peppers
