Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에서 진하게 빛난다. 스페이사이드 증류소가 1995년에 빚어 21년을 보낸 이 위스키는 셰리 버트의 영향으로 잘 익은 자두와 건포도, 흑설탕의 향을 풍성하게 피워낸다. 한 모금이 혀를 적시면 마른 과일 단맛과 호두, 은근한 가죽이 입안을 메운다. 55.1도의 도수가 진한 풍미에 균형을 더한다. 여운에는 말린 과일과 쌉쌀한 오크가 길게 남는다.

on the palate the spices speak first—green walnut, ginger, pepper... All in all, quite herbal and spicy, a little astringent, and no doubt in need of a splash of water to open up. With water: it does round off, bringing herbal liqueurs and lemon zest into play. The spices remain firmly in charge though
