잔을 흔들면 스페이사이드 증류소의 원액이 올로로소가 입힌 호박빛으로 잔 벽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 셰리 피니시가 남긴 견과와 건포도, 옅은 가죽 향이 또렷이 올라온다. 잔을 더 돌리면 졸인 과일과 흑당 향이 깊어진다. 한 모금 삼키면 58.1도의 술이 마른 견과의 떫은맛과 셰리의 단맛을 혀에 펼친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 올로로소 특유의 견과와 흑당의 여운이 묵직하게 남는다.

tight, citrusy, fresh; I don't know why, I'm reminded of the old Balvenie 'As We Get It'. That just crossed my mind. Very nice. With water: marmalade and quince jelly, what more does the people want?
