케언곰 산자락 드럼귀시의 작은 증류소 스페이사이드는 맑은 강물로 부드러운 몰트를 빚는다. 1996년 증류해 리필 벗에서 21년을 보낸 이 올드 파티큘러는 잔에 옅은 호박빛을 띤다. 향에는 말린 사과와 옅은 셰리, 구운 견과가 어우러지고, 입에서는 51.5도의 술이 과일 단맛과 가죽, 보리로 둥글게 번진다. 여운은 견과와 가벼운 향신료를 단정하게 남긴다.
