Tasting Notes
깊은 황금빛이 잔 속에 그윽하게 어린다. 두 개의 버번 호그스헤드에서 24년을 보낸 스페이사이드 디스틸러리 1991은 잘 익은 사과와 들꽃 꿀, 바닐라의 향이 부드럽게 피어오른다. 50.5도의 도수가 입안에서 토피와 배, 옅은 시나몬의 풍미로 둥글게 번지며 오랜 숙성이 빚은 매끄러운 질감을 드러낸다. 여운은 달큰한 꿀과 곡물의 고소함이 길게 이어진다.
