Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔 속에 따스하게 어린다. 스페이사이드 디스틸러리가 신선한 셰리 캐스크에서 18년을 채운 리미티드 릴리스로, 잘 익은 셰리의 풍미가 깊게 배어 있다. 건포도와 오렌지 마멀레이드, 꿀에 절인 견과의 향이 우아하게 피어오른다. 46도의 도수가 부드럽게 입안을 적시며 셰리의 단맛과 몰트의 깊이가 어우러진다. 향신료와 가죽의 여운이 길고 기품 있게 이어진다.

‘nice’. I do not find anything better to say. Or rather this, it’s a bit Chivassy, that is to say that everything works in sync (soft oak, overripe apples, malt, honey, oranges, cake, cinnamon), but that there aren’t enough asperities to make it… say memorable. And yet, it’s ‘nice’

of course it’s ‘nice’. It’s even ‘good’. Apples, honey, cinnamon, gingerbread, marmalade, brioche, Mars bar, vanilla, malt, café latte… Seriously, it’s really ‘good’. Just a tad blendish, but ‘good’. Nobody will ever stand against this bottling
