짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 붉은 기운을 머금고 빛난다. 알타베인이 2008년부터 16년을 보낸 뒤 퍼스트필 페드로 히메네스 바리크에서 마무리된 이 보틀링은 짙은 셰리의 단맛을 입혔다. 향에는 건포도와 대추, 흑설탕의 향이 진하게 올라온다. 입에서는 당밀과 말린 무화과, 계피가 묵직하게 입을 채우고 56.5도의 기운이 단단하게 받친다. 여운에는 끈적한 단맛과 향신료가 길게 깃들어 있다.
