Tasting Notes
호그스헤드에서 오래 숙성한 뒤 신선한 셰리 버트에서 마무리한 시간이 알트어바인에 풍성한 단맛을 더했다. 캐스크가 빚어낸 향은 잘 익은 건포도와 오렌지 껍질, 옅은 가죽을 차곡차곡 쌓는다. 입에서는 52.6도의 또렷한 도수 위로 흑설탕과 견과, 말린 과일의 결이 매끄럽게 번진다. 시간이 지날수록 셰리의 단맛과 오렌지 껍질의 결이 한 겹 더 열리며 깊이를 더한다. 짙은 호박빛 잔 끝으로 자두와 정향, 흑설탕의 여운이 길고 진하게 남는다.
