Tasting Notes
맑은 볏짚빛이 잔 안에서 깨끗하게 빛난다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 25년을 보낸 알타바인 1993은 갓 벤 풀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 꿀의 산뜻한 향을 단정하게 풀어낸다. 한 모금은 보리 단맛과 시트러스의 산미가 가볍게 번지며 오래 숙성한 스피릿의 깨끗하고 부드러운 결을 드러낸다. 51.5도의 도수는 균형이 단정하여 자극 없이 흐른다. 여운에서는 풀잎과 과일의 단맛이 깔끔하게 이어지며 가볍게 식어간다.

very good this time, caramelly, cake-y, malty, chocolaty… Love thee notes of liquorice and hazelnut liqueur. No, of course I’ve never tried that combo, but I’m sure that would be a hit. With water: no particular interest, but water won’t kill it this time

medium, grassy at time, malty… Stewed apples in the aftertaste
