노즈에서는 더프타운 10년답게 버번과 PX 셰리를 절반씩 섞은 구성이 만든 건포도와 바닐라, 꿀 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 스페이사이드 원액 위로 시트러스와 견과 향이 뒤따라 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 도수에서 흑설탕과 잘 익은 과일, 가벼운 향신료가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 셰리의 단맛과 버번의 바닐라가 균형을 이루는 둥근 구조다.
