Tasting Notes
잔에 연한 장밋빛 호박색이 어린다. 스페이사이드의 더프타운이 12년을 보낸 뒤 포므롤 와인 캐스크에서 마무리되며 잘 익은 자두와 붉은 베리, 옅은 향신료의 향을 끌어올린다. 보르도 와인 캐스크가 더한 새콤한 과일과 타닌의 결이 또렷하게 깃든다. 54.9도의 도수가 첫 모금에서 붉은 과일의 단맛과 향신료의 알싸함을 함께 펼친다. 와인의 산미가 더프타운의 곡물 단맛과 균형을 이루며 흐른다. 혀에서는 자두와 붉은 베리의 단맛이 옅은 향신료와 어우러진다. 여운에는 베리와 마른 오크, 옅은 후추가 길게 남는다.

long, though slightly bitter, remaining on fir bud liqueur and resinous notes throughout. The aftertaste leans towards salted honey
