짙은 적호박빛이 잔 안에서 윤기 있게 빛난다. 인도 방갈로르의 암루트 2014 빈티지가 엑스 럼 캐스크에서 6년이라는 짧은 시간을 보낸 이 보틀은 열대 기후가 빚어낸 빠른 숙성과 강렬한 캐릭터를 그대로 담는다. 코에서는 검은 사탕수수 시럽, 잘 익은 망고, 옅은 가죽, 그리고 향신료가 차례로 풀린다. 한 모금을 머금으면 60도의 강한 알코올 위로 럼 캐스크의 짙은 단맛과 트로피컬 과일, 후추가 입을 채운다. 여운은 인도의 열대 풍토가 잔에 길게 머문다.
