Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에서 강렬한 광택을 띤다. 인도 방갈로르의 암럿이 12년 숙성을 거쳐 빚어낸 이 그리디 엔젤스는 인도의 뜨거운 기후가 빚어내는 빠른 숙성에도 12년이라는 시간을 견뎌낸 보기 드문 보틀링이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 망고와 절인 살구, 농밀한 토피와 옅은 가죽이 어우러지고 한 모금 머금으면 60도의 카스크 스트렝스가 인도 위스키 특유의 농축된 단맛과 진한 견과류, 그리고 열대 기후가 빚어낸 무게감을 차례로 풀어낸다. 남아시아 위스키 신예의 우아한 잔향이 길게 머문다.

classic tropical fruitcake, vanilla, and manuka honey. Mangos, longans, and above everything, juice blood oranges. No single trace of any over-oakiness. Because, they say one year in India is equivalent of three to four years in Scotland, which means that this baby’s between 36 and 48 years old. Sort of. With water: menthol, eucalyptus, cough syrup, embrocations… And many tropical fruits. Wonderful
