Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 안에 빽빽하게 자리한다. 인도 벵갈루루의 더위 속에서 10년을 보낸 암룻 그리디 엔젤스 체어맨스 리저브는 열대 기후 특유의 빠른 농축을 60퍼센트라는 도수에 그대로 담았다. 잔을 가까이 하면 잘 익은 망고, 캐러멜, 흑설탕 향이 강한 알코올과 함께 오른다. 한 모금 머금으면 흑설탕 시럽, 옅은 향신료, 토스트한 견과가 도수의 무게에 실려 입천장을 덮는다. 인도 위스키 특유의 진한 여운이 깊게 머문다.

let’s just say it, orange, camphor and rubber all at once sounds wildly off-key, yet it’s absolutely beautiful. With water: this is almost a little hilarious, now showing that hospital-side character, with bandages, ointments, massage balms… and mangoes served to the patients
