무더운 인도의 기후 속에서 빠르게 익은 암룻 8년이 진한 호박빛으로 잔에 잠긴다. 코끝에는 잘 익은 망고와 보리, 진한 꿀의 향이 강렬하게 솟아오르고, 그 아래로 향신료가 깔린다. 한 모금 머금으면 열대 과일과 캐러멜, 가벼운 향신료의 단맛이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고, 빠른 숙성이 빚어낸 진한 풍미가 혀를 묵직하게 채운다. 50도의 기운이 곧게 차오르며, 마지막에는 무르익은 과일과 오크의 여운이 길고 진하게 이어진다.
