짙은 적갈색이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 1993년 1st fill 셰리 펀천에서 24년을 보낸 하이랜드 Aberfeldy의 G&M Connoisseurs Choice 캐스크 스트렝스 보틀링답게 아벨피디의 부드러운 결과 셰리의 진한 단맛이 결합된다. 코끝에는 건포도, 잘 익은 자두, 옅은 가죽 향이 풀린다. 58.7도가 입을 묵직하게 덮고 다크 초콜릿, 호두, 흑설탕의 풍미가 발전한다. 여운에서는 묵은 셰리가 길게 이어진다.
