Tasting Notes
연한 금빛이 오래된 병 속에서 잔잔하게 빛난다. 1970년에 증류된 애버펠디는 16년 숙성과 함께 헤더 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 향신료의 향을 단정하게 피워 올린다. 한 모금은 꿀과 과수원 과일의 부드러운 단맛이 매끄럽게 번지며 옛 스타일 특유의 정갈하고 둥근 결을 드러낸다. 40도의 낮은 도수는 자극 없이 보드랍게 흐른다. 여운에서는 헤더 꿀과 몰트가 짧지만 깔끔하게 이어지며 차분하게 마무리된다.
