호그스헤드가 19년의 시간을 견디며 만든 결과가 향과 입에서 또렷이 드러난다. 아벨펠디가 직접 보틀링한 단일 캐스크 1991은 56.7도의 카스크 스트렝스로 하이랜드 본연의 꿀 같은 보리 톤을 곱게 풀어낸다. 향은 헤더 꿀과 마른 살구, 옅은 시트러스 껍질. 입에서는 오렌지 마말레이드와 구운 견과, 가벼운 향신료가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 아벨펠디 특유의 부드러운 단맛이 여운에 깊게 머문다.
