잔을 천천히 돌리면 깊은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 타고 부드럽게 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 하이랜드 아벨펠디가 버번 숙성 뒤 올로로소 셰리 마무리에서 더한 꿀과 건포도, 잘 익은 사과 향을 풀어 놓는다. 19년 숙성의 이 보틀링을 한 모금 머금으면 부드러운 벌꿀과 마른 과일, 가벼운 향신료가 혀를 감싼다. 43도를 삼키고 나면 꿀과 셰리의 잔향이 입안에 잔잔히 이어진다.
