Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 포므롤 레드 와인 캐스크로 마무리한 애버펠디답게 붉은 베리와 자두, 옅은 꿀 향이 또렷하게 올라온다. 꿀 같은 스피릿으로 알려진 증류소답게 보르도 와인의 과실미가 향에 화사함을 더한다. 입에서는 43도의 둥근 도수 안에서 라즈베리와 보리 단맛, 가벼운 타닌이 부드러운 구조감으로 발전한다. 애버펠디 특유의 꿀 같은 결이 와인의 단맛을 받쳐준다. 피니시는 붉은 과일과 은은한 오크가 중간 길이로 이어진다.
