향을 맡기 전 잔을 두어 번 흔들면 하이랜드 아벨펠디의 15년 위스키가 옅은 장밋빛 호박색으로 잔을 적신다. 코를 가져가면 루비 포트 캐스크에서 온 붉은 베리와 자두, 꿀의 향이 화사하게 올라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43도의 부드러운 힘 위로 라즈베리와 체리, 가벼운 계피가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 목을 넘기면 15년 숙성과 포트의 달큰한 과실이 혀끝에 천천히 잦아든다.
