Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 폐쇄된 캐퍼도닉 특유의 꽃향과 잘 익은 과일이 명확하게 드러난다. 20년의 숙성을 거친 향은 복숭아와 꿀, 가벼운 오크로 산뜻하게 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 보리 단맛 위로 감귤과 흰 후추가 또렷하게 이어지며, 54.7도의 도수가 힘 있게 균형을 잡는다. 피니시는 마른 풀과 향신료가 중간 이상으로 남고, 사라진 증류소의 개성이 구조감 있게 정리된다.

it’s the shiest one just now, it’s also got more barleyish notes as well as a little porridge while the same kind of smokiness as in the 1995 start to arise after a few minutes – yet it’s no smoky whisky, don’t get me wrong. a ‘copy’ of the previous 1992, with maybe more body. Lemon-flavoured marzipan, a little pepper… Much quaffable! With water: excellent, it did not slip toward a sweetish style at all. Lemon and sweet barley
