옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에 가볍게 비친다. 1972년 빈티지의 캐퍼도닉이 37년을 보낸 후 51.4도로 병입된 이 던컨 테일러 레어 올드는 폐쇄된 스페이사이드 증류소의 결을 또렷이 안고 있다. 향에서는 잘 익은 사과와 마른 풀, 옅은 꿀이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에 닿으면 부드러운 곡물 단맛과 가벼운 가죽, 옅은 향신료가 입천장에 펼쳐진다. 51.4도의 도수가 자극 없이 37년의 시간을 또렷이 전한다. 이 위스키 특유의 골격이 마지막 한 모금까지 흔들리지 않는다. 여운은 잔잔히 이어진다.
