Tasting Notes
잔을 천천히 돌리면 1972년에 증류된 이 위스키가 깊은 황금빛을 잔 벽에 길게 남긴다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 지금은 문을 닫은 캐퍼도닉답게 잘 익은 트로피컬 과일과 밀랍, 오래된 오크 향이 우아하게 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 37년 세월이 다듬은 53.5도의 술이 망고와 꿀, 옅은 허브로 부드럽게 퍼진다. 혀 위에서 시간을 두면 파파야와 밀랍의 매끈한 단맛이 한층 깊어진다. 천천히 삼키면 농축된 열대 과일과 오래된 폴리시 향이 어우러진 뒷맛이 길고 우아하게 이어진다.
