스페이사이드 로시스의 청량한 공기 속에서 자라난 캐퍼도닉 1972는 37년의 시간을 폐쇄된 증류소의 침묵 속에 견딘다. 잔에는 짙은 호박빛이 깊게 깃들어 있고 잘 익은 망고와 패션푸르츠, 그리고 꿀의 트로피컬한 향이 또렷이 일어난다. 51.4도의 무게로 입안에서는 트로피컬 과일의 단맛과 밀랍의 매끄러움이 둥글게 펼쳐진다. 여운에는 시트러스와 꿀이 길게 이어진다.
