노즈에서는 38년의 숙성이 빚은 캐퍼도닉 특유의 잘 익은 과수원 과일과 꿀, 오래된 오크가 두드러진다. 지금은 철거된 스페이사이드의 이 증류소가 1970년 빈티지로 채운 던컨 테일러 보틀링은 46.8도에서 깊은 숙성감을 또렷하게 드러낸다. 팰럿은 살구와 바닐라, 가벼운 향신료로 발전하며 섬세한 구조감을 보인다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 꿀의 단맛이 길게 이어진다. 사라진 증류소의 노숙성 캐릭터가 명확한 레어 올드다.

hold on, this is funny, this one's even grassier and less fruity than cask #4377. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful whisky, it's just that you can't beat an old fruitbomb that aged to perfection. After a few minutes: more quinces and orange marmalade as well as a little soot and something pleasantly metallic. Citron jelly. Globally fruitier
