Tasting Notes
노즈의 첫인상은 잘 익은 과일과 밀랍, 옅은 허브 향으로 섬세하게 열린다. 1968년 증류돼 지금은 사라진 캐퍼도닉 증류소의 34년 몰트로, 오랜 시간이 만든 정제된 과일 향이 또렷하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 41.8도의 낮은 도수에도 꿀과 마른 살구, 가벼운 오크 향신료가 부드럽게 흐르며 거칠지 않은 균형을 보인다. 피니시는 은은한 과일과 오크의 떫은맛이 길게 머물며 폐쇄 증류소 올드 보틀링의 섬세함을 남긴다.
