잔을 천천히 돌리면 1975년에 증류된 글렌 오드가 셰리에서 온 짙은 호박빛을 잔에 풀어놓는다. 코를 가져가면 29년이 빚은 건포도와 가죽, 묵은 오크 향이 깊게 올라온다. 무려 58.7도의 한 모금을 조심스럽게 머금으면 진한 셰리 단맛과 무화과가 혀를 강하게 감싼다. 삼킨 뒤에는 다크초콜릿과 구운 견과의 울림이 입안에 오래 머문다.
