빛바랜 호박빛이 잔에 단정하게 비친다. 글렌 오드의 1962년 빈티지가 22년의 숙성을 마치고 1984년 카덴헤드의 손을 거쳐 46도에 담긴 빈티지 한 병이다. 향에서는 묵은 밀랍과 마른 풀잎, 잘 익은 사과가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 헤더 꿀과 호두, 옅은 향신료가 미끄러지듯 흐른다. 60년대 하이랜드 증류 특유의 단정한 곡물미가 여운에 길게 머문다.
