Tasting Notes
하이랜드 북부 블랙 아일의 글렌 오드는 비옥한 들판과 맑은 물로 단단한 원액을 빚는다. 12년을 숙성해 1970년 무렵 병입한 이 오래된 보틀링은 윤기 있는 호박빛을 띠며 40도로 다가온다. 향은 꿀과 보리, 말린 과일이 또렷이 깃들고 입에서는 캐러멜과 맥아, 가벼운 향신료가 부드럽게 비친다. 옛 하이랜드 위스키 특유의 둥글고 묵직한 단맛이 깔끔한 여운으로 이어진다.

light, grainy and malty. Some fruity notes (apple, pear), hints of dried flowers. Lilac. Rather enjoyable, even if it lacks some oomph
restaurant Palate
quite weak and a little watery at first, but getting almost pungent after a few seconds. Strange! Straw, butterscotch, breadcrumb, burnt caramel… Gets very malty after a while, but lacks any further development. The finish is medium long and a little drying. 75 points .
