Tasting Notes
순수한 증류로 알려진 글렌카담이 2011년 빚어 13년을 보낸 원액이 잔 속에서 맑은 금빛으로 빛난다. 은은한 첫인상 뒤로 향은 잘 익은 배와 들꽃, 바닐라가 섬세하게 어우러진다. 46도의 입맛은 시트러스와 꿀, 크리미한 보리 단맛이 부드럽게 미끄러진다. 깨끗하고 우아한 하이랜드의 여운이 흰 꽃과 오크의 옅은 끝맛으로 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

a wee bit of feints, perhaps, some sourdough for sure, lemon juice, bone-dry sauvignon, mashed potatoes, barley, fresh wholegrain bread, those sorts of things. As close to nature as malt whisky can get, I would say
restaurant Palate
a little more difficult, for it became extremely grassy, harsh, rather cardboardy, bitter, sour… Notes of plaster, lemon squash, more sauvignon, grass juice, a drop of miso… It’s a rather controversial style, I tend to rather enjoy this, but some other aficionados may just walk away
timer Finish
rather long, with a little mustard, fino sherry, even more plaster and cardboard…
