Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 잘 익은 노란 과실과 부드러운 꿀의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 글렌카담 증류소의 1982년산 30년 싱글 캐스크 보틀링이다. 팰럿은 46%의 알코올을 따라 마른 꿀과 가벼운 견과류, 약한 시트러스가 명확하게 발전한다. 30년의 숙성이 부드러운 흐름으로 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 단단한 구조감을 받쳐 준다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 약한 향신료가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

it feels youthful, very fruity, with notes of ripe pears, tinned pineapple and melons, followed by yellow plums, before becoming slightly maltier. Was this predominantly Malvasia? A little straightforward but undeniably pleasant, with none of the dissonances you often encounter with red wine finishes
restaurant Palate
initial impressions bring grapefruit skin and its distinctive bitterness, soon joined by juicier, sweeter citrus and those yellow plums, though not quite mirabelles. It stays fairly simple and not unpleasant, yet with an impression of premix or trans-blend – the Port influence is distinctly noticeable
timer Finish
medium in length and rather clean, with a bitter, spicier aftertaste
