Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 진하게 어린다. 하이랜드의 글렌카담이 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 마무리한 19년산은 말린 과일과 오렌지 껍질, 가벼운 견과를 코끝에 풀어놓는다. 한 모금 머금으면 건포도와 토피, 잘 익은 자두의 단맛이 혀를 감싸고, 46도의 단정한 도수가 풍미를 둥글게 정돈한다. 올로로소 통이 남긴 깊은 단맛이 또렷이 깃들어 있으며, 여운에는 다크 초콜릿과 구운 헤이즐넛, 은은한 향신료가 길게 이어진다. 셰리 피니시의 풍성함이 깊게 머문다.

it is lovely. I often use the word lovely, but this is ‘oranges’ lovely, with some marmalade, a little mango jam, hints of peonies early in the morning (and why not), golden sultanas… It really is aromatic and fresh, this really worked
restaurant Palate
perhaps a little less coherent, with some black pepper fighting the creamy oranges a bit, as well as cloves and caraway a little ‘in the front’, but otherwise, all is well, with some Grand-Marnier and even more sultanas. Perhaps very ripe nectarines
timer Finish
quite long, spicy, with more citric tones, a little icing sugar, and then some kind of peppered chocolate like they make in Spain (and they make it very well). Greener, bitterer aftertaste
