Tasting Notes
Colour
white wine
air Nose
a fairly typical half-grainy, half-lemony profile, rather fresh and close to the grain. Add to that a good amount of fresh herbs (chives, grass) as well as whiffs of moss and damp earth and you have it. Simple but very pleasant
restaurant Palate
good attack, very coherent, lemony and grassy and maybe a tad sugary as well. Lemon juice, Szechuan pepper, a little cinchona… Once again, it’s simple but it’s flawless, without any of the dirty-ish notes that were to be found in some Littlemills from the past. Excellent body at 43% vol
timer Finish
medium long, with hints of both white rum and tequila. That grassiness… Also some gin
