옅은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 빛난다. 아일랜드 쿨리 증류소답게 잘 익은 배와 보리, 바닐라의 산뜻한 향이 가볍게 솟구친다. 8년의 젊은 술은 입에서 꿀과 시트러스, 흰 후추의 또렷한 결이 매끄럽게 번진다. 58.6도의 힘에도 끝은 보리사탕과 마른 풀의 깔끔한 여운을 길게 남기며 이어진다.
