아일랜드 쿨리 반도의 푸른 들판과 잔잔한 바닷바람이 이 쿨리 2001년 빈티지에 또렷이 새겨져 있다. 짙은 황금빛이 잔에 잠겨 있다. 향에서 곡물 케이크와 마른 풀, 옅은 사과가 천천히 올라온다. 입에서는 꿀과 헤이즐넛, 노란 자두가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 50.8도의 도수가 23년 버번 배럴의 영향을 단정하게 받쳐주며 여운에는 아일랜드 평원의 청량함이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
