Tasting Notes
노즈는 새 아메리칸 오크가 만든 카라멜과 바닐라, 잘 익은 옥수수 단맛으로 시작한다. 101 프루프인 50.5도의 팰럿은 강건하면서도 둥글며 메이플과 시나몬, 마른 오크의 스파이스가 또렷이 발전한다. 1986년에 병입된 올드 버번답게 약간의 흙내음과 가죽이 깊이를 더하고, 피니시는 후추와 카라멜의 단맛이 길게 이어진다. 와일드 터키 특유의 강직한 버번 구조감이 돋보이는 보틀링이다.

feels rye-driven, but I may be wrong. Spicy flowers, lavender sweets, speculoos, praline, a little wood smoke, curry powder, sweet mustard, a pack of cinnamon mints… There’s a lot happening in there!
restaurant Palate
really very spicy, and as it’s a little rough, we’re very far from some modern vanilla-ridden bourbons. Spicy sweets (they have some in China but the name escapes me), crystallised oranges, more cinnamon mints, caraway and clove, bitter chocolate… What’s really striking is how dry this is, you’d almost believe you’re having some strong oloroso, with flying walnuts and mustard
