잔을 코끝에 가져가면 폐쇄된 임페리얼 특유의 27년이 빚어낸 셰리 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 깊은 호박빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 1995 빈티지가 새긴 건과일과 가죽 노트가 머문다. 한 모금을 머금으면 50.4도의 알코올이 입을 데우며 농축된 호두와 시트러스 마멀레이드의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 폐쇄 증류소 특유의 깊은 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
