Tasting Notes
맑은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 부드럽게 감돈다. 문을 닫은 임페리얼 증류소의 1995년 빈티지는 호그스헤드에서 20년을 보내며 잘 익은 사과와 배, 옅은 꿀의 향을 단정하게 피운다. 한 모금은 보리 단맛과 바닐라, 시트러스의 결이 매끄럽게 번지며 사라진 증류소 특유의 정갈한 과일 풍미를 전한다. 50도의 도수는 균형이 단단하여 자극 없이 흐른다. 여운에서는 가벼운 오크와 과일의 단맛이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
